Baby Blendy[1] is the daughter of Mr. Blob when he was impregnated by Shonda in season 2. She is the younger sister of both Pedro and Wendy Blob. As she is a blend of two monster species, Mavis has referred to has a "Mumblob". Apparently the hotel residents love her crying because it's a "lovely pained whail", but if she stops crying and starts giggling, they begin to be annoyed by it.
She temporarily switches her mind into Mavis' body in Cursery Rhymes, during which Mavis (speaking from Blendy's body) calls her "Mavis-Blendy".
She likely has the hyphenated surname "Blob-Moomay" as "Blob-Moomay residence" is how Mavis answers the phone while babysitting her.
