Chronology[]
Mavis mentions "ninety years later when I accidentally let her out" referring to the events of Hide and Shriek in season 1 when Mavis was 114 years old.
Mavis later also says "I wrote my name on her foot ninety years ago" (implying she did so before sealing Debbie for nine decades)
Mavis celebrated a birthday since Debbie escaped (the conclusion of season 1) so Mavis not saying ninety-ONE years implies that less than a year passed between s1e2 and s2e8.
Since Mavis is 115 when she says this, 91 years prior to that she would've been 24 years old.
During flashbacks she appears approximately the same as she did at 38 when she was shown in a flashback with Klaus.

- the title is a reference to "guys and dolls"
- the mini-guillotine for cutting off Mavis' fingernail is similar to the mini-guillotine in Wishfart which cuts off Finn's wish-granting finger.
