The Instrument of Destruction was an artifact that was buried deep within the ruins of Atlantis. Inside the artifact was a music sheet that allowed Abraham Van Helsing to play the both songs to hypnotize Kraken.
The music sheet was later destroyed by Johnny and Dracula after they used a magic infused song (Macarena) to free Kraken from his mind control.
