Frankenstein is a male monster with the physique of a human, his body parts are stitched together and removable, he has grey skin, a large oval face, comparatively small ears, short black hair, yellow eyeballs and black irises. His body among the largest of the monsters in Hotel Transylvania, his feet are especially big. His typical attire is a striped white t shirt, a red tie, a blue jacket, slightly lighter blue trousers worn high and big black shoes. He is often seen in a slightly slouched position.

Frankenstein is a charming individual, he is a famous monster actor who also hosted the Big Friday occasion in Hotel Transylvania. He is very loving and proud of his son Hank.
