Shonda Moomay[1] (aka Pedro's Mom[2] or Miss Bandage[3]) is one of the minor characters of Hotel Transylvania: The Series. She is the mother of Rusty and Pedro.

Physical Appearance[]
Shonda has a rather bulky body all wrapped in bandages. She has lime glowing eyes, a blue and gold necklace, and a striped nemes headdress on her head.

Plot[]
She came to see her son to run Hotel Transylvania not knowing that Lydia is running the hotel.[4]
Powers and Abilities[]
She is able to grow to a giant size, as seen when she is angered at the prospect of her wedding being disrupted in Married to the Blob. Mavis comments "she'll destroy the entire hotel!" in response to this.

- ↑ when Mavis is babysitting Blendy in Cursery Rhymes she confidently answers the phone saying "Blob-Moomay residence". Pedro is there when she says that and does not correct her. Mavis would likely be more familiar with Pedro's surname than Lydia is. Lydia likely only know Wendy's surname since her father is the wealthiest monster in the underworld, owning a manufacturing empire.
- ↑ the TV guide summary of Married to the Blob is "When Wendy's Dad and Pedro's Mom plan to get married, Mavis promises Hotel Transylvania will throw them the best wedding ever."
- ↑ although closed captions show "Ms." Bandage, Lydia can clearly be heard saying "Miss". However Shonda seems angry at being called this (and Lydia pauses between "Miss" and "Bandage", indicating unsureness) retorting "my name is Shonda!" which means Lydia was probably randomly guessing her name and got it wrong.
